    Attentive, thorough and highly professional

    Attentive, thorough, considerate and highly professional. Our sale was more sensitive than most in that I was pregnaant throughout and feeling fairly sick most days. John Piner from the Tavistock branch couldn’t have been more kind, organising viewings later in the day and always ensuring feedback was clear and accurate. In the end we sold and moved at higher price than planned and within our very tight time frame. We couldn’t be happier and would recommend the Tavistock team above all others ......and we tried a few ! Mr and Mrs Crisp

    Great service from start to finish

    The manager, Nicky, was exceptional with our house sale and purchase. She guided us through the process from the start to the end. She gave us invaluable advice and she was able to ensure that the chain progressed. The team members were always very helpful and polite. They are a great group of people and Fulfords are very fortunate to have them

    My service feedback with Sales

    I viewed a property with fulfords and this was my first experience and not a happy one, the agent didn't know about a garage on the property I had to ask and we had no keys or knowledge of the property they were showing us, so rightfully these were an agent I did not want showing around my house but after alot of convincing from my partner and a deal with fulfords I reluctantly agreed but our house was sold within three days "yay" great news but then apparently the buyer was not in a situation for the mortgage of our property, so the sign came down and we were disappointed in fulfords for not checking this out before putting a sold sign up and then once sold a long and lengthy process till the end of signing which according to my own solicitors was the fault of the buyers solicitors not getting things done asap. I am very disappointed and would not recommend fulfords in the future and would rightfully expect a drop in the fees I have to pay for service I didn't get .

    Poor costumer service wouldn't recommend

    Sadly had a very poor service, with a huge lack of communication being the main problem. Lots of other problems and issues we had along the way but these will be formally written to them.

    Good in places, not in others

    They usually called back and tried to make the process work. The particulars were revised after we'd pointed out some shortcomings, but other EA's had much better information on the particulars. They re-took the photos to improve the light and angles on their own suggestion. We expected to deal with one point of contact, being Fulfords in Teignmouth, however we received spurious emails from unidentifiable sources, including attachments. these arrived as junk and, because they had attachments from an unknown source, were immediately deleted. We also had weird phone calls from strange people claiming to be Fulfords. The turned out to be something to do with them, but we were not happy with all these different sources of questions
