    Poor communication

    St Budeaux, Plymouth branch: Service was fine until the estate agent dealing with my sale left the company. I was not informed of this and my emails were being sent to this person, obviously going unanswered. Only when I phoned to ask what was going on was I told that the agent had left. I was not given a new agent or primary contact even then. Mistake made on the paperwork for the sale price, which I would have thought was the most basic part of being an estate agent.

    The staff at your Honiton branch did over and above what was expected during a very difficult period when the chain in my sale took longer than it should to complete. During that time I felt supported and knew they were working hard on my behalf. I appreciated the almost daily contact and patience which they gave. Thankyou Honiton!

    poor service

    poor communication between fulford staff - who don't appear to have the skills to trouble shot and resolve issues - not sure why I'm paying an agent's fee as I'm resolving all problems with my property. Constant phone calls and emails from fulfords.

    Excellent , friendly and very efficient service

    I am very grateful for the tremendous help, support and patience which we have received from Fulfords in the sale of our flat. It has taken some time to find the right place for us to move to but Fulfords have been so understanding and supportive.
