The site is open all year excluding the dates between the 15th of February to the 1st of March (daytime access is allowed between 10am and 4pm during those dates). The site features an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, restaurant, children's play area, arcade, day bar, family entertainment bar with regular shows from the on site entertainment staff and WiFi in the day bar. Water is included in the pitch fees and all owners get eight passes as well as use of the facilities at Riviera Bay holiday park.
Pitch fees are not payable on this lodge for 2016 and are included in the sale.
