    I won't use Fulfords again.

    Service given by Ellie Reynolds and Victoria Stockton regarding viewings was very good. However the initial value of £330K was far too high and we learnt subsequently that viewers would have been interested earlier at a lower price. This was not passed on to us until the successful buyers bid in October. I don't think that the original valuation was realistic and I would have expected the agents to pursue lower offers at an earlier stage, but they didn't, or at least if they did they didn't tell us. Also we discovered in July that the house was not on Fulfords or any other website, unless the exact name of the property was typed in, so about 10 weeks was wasted. It is difficult to believe they were making a serious attempt to sell the house if searches by area or location didn't work. When Ellie and Victoria took over the marketing things improved but if Fulfords had done their job properly from the beginning of the sale, (the end of April), we might sold earlier, possibly at a better price. I'm unlikely to be doing a house sale in their area as I live in Rutland, but if I were I would not use Fulfords again.

    very poor customer services

    very poor customer services had to call the office ourselves for up dates and contact the buyer to get the sell though and push all parties to complete the sale

    Top quality, would recommend.

    The paignton Staff especially Nicky davey was very helpful and proactive throughout the whole process. Very happy with the service I received.

    Fulfords great their solicitors not so

    The Estate agents themselves are very good, and I would have given 5*. However Countrywide Solicitors who own Fulfords are truly awful I have never met such a dreadful Solicitors. They dont know what they are doing.They delayed my House sale by 4 weeks. My Advise is use Fulfords but give Countrywide Solicitors a wide berth

    Go to another estate agent

    Not very good at all. We were told that 'we will be with you all the way' when we signed up with them. Not at all interested in us only their commission.

    Attentive, thorough and highly professional

    Attentive, thorough, considerate and highly professional. Our sale was more sensitive than most in that I was pregnaant throughout and feeling fairly sick most days. John Piner from the Tavistock branch couldn’t have been more kind, organising viewings later in the day and always ensuring feedback was clear and accurate. In the end we sold and moved at higher price than planned and within our very tight time frame. We couldn’t be happier and would recommend the Tavistock team above all others ......and we tried a few ! Mr and Mrs Crisp
